Biography

Jackie joined UBC in May, 2000 as a Staff Physical Therapist. She is responsible for the initial assessment of our client's physical condition and to prescribe a safe and appropriate exercise program for that condition. Jackie recommends any modifications necessary to the individual client programs and continually supports clients by answering any questions they might have regarding exercise after injury.

Education

Jackie received an entry level Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, N.D.

Professional Background

Her clinical experiences include orthopedic physical therapy at Grand Forks Air Force Base, physical therapy for developmental disabilities at the Development Center in Grafton, N.D., acute care physical therapy at Altru Medical Center in Grand Forks, as well as practice in the area of neurological inpatient rehabilitation at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, WA. Jackie is a current member of the Washington State Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association.
