Biography

Ryan began his professional relationship with UBC as an outside stakeholder while providing Vocational Consulting Services to Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. In early 2007, UBC formally requested his services to provide on call coverage for their internal Vocational Clinicians. He gladly accepted the invitation and has since become a full time member of their clinical and business staff as the Business Development Manager/Vocational Consultant.

Education

Ryan received his Bachelor’s Degree from Western Washington University in 1998 and obtained Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) credentials in 2007. He has also obtained multiple certificates associated with Business Development and Corporate Training.

Professional Background

Ryan is a registered Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with Washington State. Prior to his employment at UBC, Ryan worked for several years as a Private Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.
