Physical Capacity Evaluation (PCE)

This is a comprehensive evaluation of critical physical and functional abilities. Typically this evaluation includes physical testing and measurement of lifting and carrying push/pull in other areas of functional performance. The evaluation protocol can be modified to evaluate for specific jobs or to address specific referral questions. The goal of this evaluation is to develop a functional profile.

For more information on individual program goals, treatments, and measures of success, please visit UBC's sample Treatment Schedule for a client in the Pain Management Program.
