Since 1984 UBC, Inc., a locally owned interdisciplinary outpatient clinic, has been providing comprehensive, progressive, goal-oriented rehabilitation and injury prevention programs to individuals with functional limitations and/or chronic pain. UBC proudly offers CARF-accredited Return-to-Work, Pain Management and Work Hardening Programs, in addition to Work Conditioning and other treatment services.  UBC has three clinics in the Seattle area:  Everett, Redmond, and Puyallup, Washington. Our staff take pride in efficient medical reporting.
